## Terms of Service

### Ordering
- Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): 50 pairs per style (assorted sizes).
- Orders are processed only for verified business customers (B2B).
- To receive our current line sheet, please contact us via email.
- Once an order is confirmed, we issue a **proforma invoice**.
- Payments are accepted via **Stripe** or **bank transfer**.

### Pricing
- All prices are quoted in **EUR**, excluding VAT and shipping costs.
- Final shipping costs will be calculated after order confirmation.

### Logistics
- Orders are shipped from our EU warehouse in Prague, Czech Republic.
- Handling time: 1–3 business days for in-stock items.
- Tracking numbers are provided for all shipments.
- We work with UPS, DHL, and DPD for deliveries across the EU.
- Incoterms: **EXW / DAP**.

### Returns and Warranty
- Claims for defective products must be submitted within **14 days** of delivery.
- Approved claims will be resolved by **replacement** or **credit on account**.
- Returns for sizing or change-of-mind are **not accepted**.
