## Refund & Returns Policy

Our products are sold **B2B only**. Consumer return policies do not apply.

### Defective Products
- Claims for defective products must be submitted within **14 days** of delivery.
- Claims must include:
  - Order number
  - Photos of the defect
  - Batch and size details
- Approved claims will be resolved by **replacement** in the next shipment or **credit on account**.

### Non-Returnable Situations
- Returns for sizing issues or change-of-mind are **not accepted**.
- Products damaged during use or by external factors are not covered.

### Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are covered by the buyer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
